At K-Gudi Wilderness Camp, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds. We recommend reading this policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to booking@kgudi.com or by calling our reservation team at +91-1234567890.

Note: The cancellation period is calculated from the date of receiving the cancellation request until the scheduled check-in date.
2. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking
- Processing time: 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
- Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable
3. Modification of Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking dates or accommodation type:
- Modifications are subject to availability
- Must be requested at least 15 days before the original check-in date
- One complimentary date change allowed if requested 30+ days in advance
- Subsequent changes or changes within 30 days may incur a modification fee of INR 1,000
- Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly

4. Early Check-out
If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date:
- No refund will be provided for unused nights
- Full payment for the booked duration is applicable
- In case of emergency situations, partial refund may be considered at management's discretion
5. Cancellation by K-Gudi Wilderness Camp
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking due to:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders)
- Unforeseen operational issues
- Safety concerns
- Facility maintenance or closure
In Such Cases:
- 100% full refund will be provided
- Alternative dates will be offered with no change fees
- Refund will be processed within 5 business days
- We will notify you as soon as possible via email and phone
Please Note: K-Gudi Wilderness Camp is not liable for any additional costs incurred by guests, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation elsewhere, or consequential losses.
6. Weather-Related Cancellations
Weather conditions in wilderness areas can be unpredictable:
- We do not offer refunds for adverse weather conditions unless we deem it unsafe and cancel the booking
- Activities like safaris cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled or alternative activities offered
- If activities cannot be conducted due to weather, refund for activity charges only (excluding accommodation)
7. Wildlife Safari Permits
Regarding forest department permits and wildlife safari bookings:
- Safari permits are subject to forest department availability
- If permits are not available, full refund of safari charges will be provided
- Accommodation charges are separate and follow standard cancellation policy
- Safari permit fees paid to forest department are non-refundable once booked
8. Group Bookings
For group bookings (8 or more guests):
- Special cancellation terms may apply
- Customized refund policy will be specified in the booking agreement
- Partial cancellation (reduction in guest count) may be permitted with 30+ days notice
- Contact our group booking coordinator for specific terms
9. Special Offers and Promotional Bookings
Bookings made under special offers, packages, or promotional rates:
- May have different cancellation terms than standard rates
- Some promotional bookings may be non-refundable
- Specific terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking
- Always review the terms associated with promotional offers
10. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your booking confirmation number and guest name
- Specify the reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
- Provide bank account details for refund processing
- You will receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours
- Refund status update will be provided within 48 hours
