Welcome to K-Gudi Wilderness Camp. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment
• Confirmation will be sent via email within 24-48 hours
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion

1.2 Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% to be paid upon check-in or before departure
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit cards
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Guest

• 30+ days before arrival: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
• 15-29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before arrival: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• No-show: No refund

2.2 Cancellation by K-Gudi Wilderness Camp

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.)
• Operational or safety reasons
• In such cases, full refund will be provided or alternative dates offered

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo ID required for all guests at check-in
• Guests must complete registration formalities upon arrival

4. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 General Conduct

• Guests must respect the natural environment and wildlife
• Maintain silence during jungle activities and at night
• Follow instructions of guides and camp staff at all times
• Littering, smoking in prohibited areas, and use of plastic are strictly forbidden
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas

4.2 Safety Guidelines

• Do not venture outside designated areas without a guide
• Do not approach or feed wild animals
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times
• Inform staff immediately of any medical conditions or emergencies

5. Accommodation and Amenities

• Accommodations are assigned based on availability and booking type
• We reserve the right to change room assignments if necessary
• Guest capacity limits must be strictly adhered to
• Electricity and water supply may be limited due to eco-friendly operations
• Mobile network and internet connectivity may be limited or unavailable

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to camp property, facilities, or equipment during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed to the guest.

6.2 Personal Belongings

K-Gudi Wilderness Camp is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.

6.3 Personal Injury

• All outdoor activities are undertaken at guest's own risk
• The camp shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses
• Guests are advised to have adequate travel and medical insurance
• Medical facilities are limited; serious cases require evacuation

7. Wildlife Activities and Safaris

• Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as animals are in their natural habitat
• Safari timings are subject to forest department regulations
• Additional charges apply for safari permits and entry fees
• Safaris may be cancelled due to weather or safety concerns without refund
• Camera and photography rules must be followed as per forest regulations

8. Food and Dietary Requirements

• Meals are provided as per the package selected
• Special dietary requirements must be informed at the time of booking
• We strive to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee all requests
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted

9. Photography and Media

K-Gudi Wilderness Camp may photograph or video guests during their stay for promotional purposes. By staying with us, you consent to the use of such media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.

10. Force Majeure

K-Gudi Wilderness Camp shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, activity, or facility at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chamarajanagar, Karnataka.
